Questions sellers actually ask.

How long does selling a home in NJ usually take?+

From listing to closing, most homes I work with go under contract in 10–18 days, then close 30–45 days after that. We'll talk through what's realistic for your block and your timeline.

Do I need to fix things up before listing?+

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A weekend of paint and decluttering can pay back ten times over. A new roof might not. On the call I'll tell you exactly what's worth doing for your home, and what to skip.

What's your commission?+

Commission is always negotiable and depends on what you need. I'll walk you through every number on the call so you know exactly what you're paying for and what's covered.

I'm not sure if I'm selling this year. Is the call still useful?+

Yes. A lot of my clients book six to twelve months before they list. Knowing what your home is worth now and what shifts to expect helps you plan, even if "now" isn't the answer.

Can I just text instead of getting on a call?+

Absolutely. Book the slot anyway and I'll reach out by text first. Whatever's easiest.
